Brand-new hotel in a very very nice area short walk to SetiaWalk, which had many shops around and Tesco supermarket and many restaurants and utility shops nearby. Top-class, efficient people working here. Satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe available in the a double room. Walk-in showers in the bathroom. Comfy and strategic location to Entrance A.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently near Puchong's MRT station, making it easy to get around. The staff is attentive and provides exceptional service. The rooms are well-maintained and have nice views, particularly from the bath tub or the sofa/bedroom. The breakfast offered is satisfying and the basic amenities are provided.

All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

The rooms at Bespoke Hotel Puchong were cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather, and we loved having a desk and kettle in the room. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch. the room felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found that I didn't use the safety deposit box in the room. However, I understand that others may find it useful for storing their valuables.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides Bungaraya Halls, which brought a whole new meeting experience to Pusat Bandar Puchong. The hotel's business center was well-equipped and convenient for my work needs. The staff were helpful, and the overall cleanliness and air conditioning were excellent.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of high-speed internet in the room. It would have been beneficial for my work productivity if the wifi connection was stronger and more reliable.

The place was extremely clean and luxurious. The convenience of the location was fantastic, as it was close to everything. I loved being within walking distance of the Pusat Bandar Puchong subway station.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed soundproof rooms and amicable stuff. The room with view. The location a few steps away from city centre was good and strategic. This venue was set in a very nice area.

Tbh Wi-Fi was kind of slow, and the bed was too soft.
